Here are the squad lists for the USPSA Handgun Nationals. The
deadline for making changes to this list is Saturday, October 2 at 12:00
Noon. Do Not call USPSA Headquarters for changes or corrections.
Instead, send email to kim@uspsa.org detailing your change request or
squadding issue. Be sure to include your full name and the Division you
are shooting. USPSA will not honor any squad requests made by telephone.
We've made every effort to honor everyone's squad request, but we cannot
guarantee that we can make any changes due to limits on squad sizes and
scheduling.

Handgun Nationals Matchbooks posted
The matchbooks for the 2010 USPSA Handgun Nationals have been posted on the left sidebar. You can also find the .pdf downloads for the Open/Limited 10 Nationals and Limited/Production/Revolver Nationals at the respective links in this entry.
Besides stage diagrams and the squad schedule there are some useful maps, sponsors and other useful information. A new feature added this year are the QR codes on each stage diagram. Scanning these with your smart phone will enable you to surf straight to that sponsor's web page.

Nationals Slots
If you received a slot via the waitlist and have not yet returned it, it is absolutely imperative that you do so immediately. You are not officially in the match until we received that signed agreement back in office and we will be unable to place you in a squad or register you in the database.
So, please, don't delay! Send your slot back in right away. Slots should be sent to:

Round Count
The MD announced the exact round count for this year's Handgun Nationals:
The round counts will be 359 for the LPR and 363 for the O/L10.
Plan accordingly for reshoots, extra shots, etc. You may ship ammo to yourself at your hotel, if you wish to do so, or you may ship your ammo to American Shooters at the address below. Please make sure you write your name & “USPSA Nationals” on the outside of the box.

Confirmation packets have been mailed
The packets for the Handgun Nationals have officially been mailed. If you don't receive one within say...two weeks...something may have gone wrong so please contact us.

Confirmation Packets delayed slightly
Please be aware that the confirmation packets for all three matches have been delayed while we finalize some details. We're working on it and hope to get them mailed out by the end of this week or early next. Please don't call or email the office asking about your packet. It slows us down even more. I know I said in the last issue of Front Sight that they would be out already, but -- well, the best-laid plans of mice and men, etc.
We're working hard to get them out. Please be patient with us during the process. We greatly appreciate it.

Hotel Codes for MG and HG Nationals
Although the Orleans Hotel and Casino is the match hotel for the Multi-Gun and Handgun Nationals, the discount reservation codes are different.
The Orleans is located at: 4500 W. Tropicana Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89103

The reservation code for the Multi-Gun nationals is: 0SHOC09 (note that the first 0 and last 0 are zeroes)
The reservation code for the Handgun Nationals is: 0USPC10 (note that both 0 are zeroes)

Slot Deadline
The slot deadline is approaching and will be here more quickly than you think! Slots *must* be in the office by June 21st. Due to the wait list opening up on June 27 we will be voiding slots not received by June 21 and giving them to people on the wait list.
There are *no* exceptions to this - if we void your slot it CANNOT be retrieved for you. If you are worried about your slot arriving in time (mailing it on the 20th is not advised) PLEASE call us at 1-360-855-2245 and make payment arrangements. If we have your *payment* for the slot that will hold your spot until we receive your slot. If we don't have payment by the 21st of June your slot *will* be voided. Please understand that this is not punishment but simple logistical requirement in order to get the slots distributed.
Again, if you are unsure if your slot will make it to the office by the slot deadline, PLEASE CALL to make arrangements for payment. That is the only way to save your slot! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Wait list for 2010 Nationals
The wait list for the 2010 USPSA Handgun Nationals will open on June 27 at 10pm EDT. Similar to last year's wait list, you will not be allowed to pay for the first 24 hours. This is to avoid causing the site to lock up. Instead, you will be prompted on your classification page to go back in and pay after the early rush has subsided.
