Holiday Inn Parkside to Deer Creek Range

From the Holiday Inn Parkside, turn right onto Pattee Street and go north to the traffic light at Broadway. Turn right on Broadway and go East to Van Buren Street and turn left, then take the east bound Interstate 90 on-ramp.Drive east about two miles to the East Missoula exit (Exit 107). At the bottom of the off-ramp, turn left onto Highway 200 and go through East Missoula to Speedway Ave. This is a sharp turn to the right. About one-quarter mile, turn left onto Deer Creek Road. Follow Deer Creek Road until you cross the railroad tracks. The entrance to the range is immediately after crossing the tracks. (As an alternate to getting on the freeway at Van Buren, you can stay on Broadway (Hwy 200) all the way to Speedway Ave. However, there are many businesses and homes along that stretch that may make for slower going.)
